After repeatedly search to get an exact information about the earthquake in Flores island on 1992, while in Sumatera island and Mentawai Islands that recently occurred, my friend of mine who owner of TsunamiBlog encourage me to install the “eQuake Alert 2.0″, one of interesting FireFox add-on that could be provide us an accurate information about the recent earthquake around the world direct from USGS (US Geological Survey) official site.
The installation is very simple, just visit the add-on link here then hit the install button, please wait for a while, it would takes a view minutes depending on your internet speed and will confirm you to restart the browser when the installation process is finished. When you run the FireFox, you’ll see the new icon on the right side of status bar, it means the eQuake Alert 2.0 ready to work for you.

Wah…wah…hari ini adalah hari yang buruk buatku… kenapa? Laptop kesayangan “Acer Aspire 2000″ dan satu-satunya yang aku punya “GA” bisa nampilin Jendela windows (Setelah booting Blank aja) malah yang keliatan hanyalah bayangan diriku sendiri yang sudah 3L (Lemah, Letih dan Lesu) karena target pekerjaan belum kelar hari ini dan di omelin sama atasanku yang beauty itu, beruntung aja tidak dibarengi Loyo karena bisa-bisa aku kehilangan “RASA ITU” ketika melihat SPV-ku yang cantik ini mondar-mandir nge-cek pekerjaan anak buahnya…
“Kembali ke Laptop” pinjam istilahnya Mas Tukul, sampai dengan saat ini aku masih bingung apa penyebabnya, aku uda setup/install ulang OS-nya, sampai-sampai mengorbankan hasil “YM” yang uda aku save, hasil share dengan teman-teman tentang blogging, SEO dan lainnya, jadinya hilang semua… soalnya HD-nya di format he he he… Kalau sudah begini, ya binun jadinya… update blog di warnet? Malas banget… soalnya belum tentu software-software yang kita butuhkan ada, seperti photoshop etc… belum lagi koneksi warnet di Jakarta, yang bisa di ibaratkan, sambil buka email Yahoo dan tunggu sembari masak Indomie dan selesainya bisa bersamaan… Uh Oh pusing… ditambah Blog buat mencari pendapatan dari Google Adsense belum di update… ya cape deh…
Baru-baru ini salah seorang rekan saya (CW) bertanya via Yahoo Messenger, katanya dia ngeliat ada salah satu klip di youtube dan ingin klip tersebut di back up atau di burn ke CD buat di tonton di rumah namun tidak tau/Gaptek (maaf boz CW :)). Sepintas saya teringat akan metode “Kiss” yang pernah di tulis oleh Amit Argawal yaitu menambahkan kata tersebut didepan URL dari klip yang akan kita download. Jadi misalkan kita ingin download klipnya Miss. Paris Hilton dengan URL http://youtube.com/watch?v=7tlzam64QxM, cukup menambahkan kiss dan akan menjadi http://kissyoutube.com/watch?v=7tlzam64QxM kemudian paste di browser.
Kaget, terharu dan senang bercampur menjadi satu waktu aku liat clip ini… soalnya Bajawa itu adalah kampungku. Daerahnya sangat dingin, seperti Lembang yang berada sebelah barat kota Bandung. Kadang susah untuk membedakan pagi atau siang kalau kita tidak membawa Jam, makanya dulu waktu masih SD dan SMP sering telat ke sekolah sehingga di gampar sama Bu guru wali kelas. Oh iya, Kalau Boby Tunya, beliau berasal dari Ende. Kota Ende pernah menjadi tempat pengasingan Bung Karno semasa pendudukan Belanda. Pak Boby sendiri adalah seorang singer tidak hanya untuk lagu-lagu pop daerah Flores namun untuk semua daerah yang berada di propinsi NTT dan bahkan lagu-lagu Ambon dan Manado.
