How To Manually Upgrade A Wordpress To The Latest Version

Run your filezilla, fill out the Host name with your ftp server that you’ve get from your hosting provider following the username and password. Hit quick connect button and wait a moment for connection process.
If have connected, you can upload all files residing in outside of folder, including WP-admin, WP-included but remember DO NOT make a change your wp-config.php file and WP-content file cause the wp-config contains the configuration of your wordpress with database, while WP-content contains your plugins and themes, once again DO NOT make a change or replace that file and folder.
Now, you can run the upgrade process. Open a new browser and fill type http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php and hit enter.
